Shipping is quite easy

* We will usually ship all the in stock items within 1 to 2 business days of the time that we receive them. Right now we are running a little behind. Please allow extra time.

* All orders are shipped via US Mail- First Class

* They come in a padded envelope

* IF you need the charms sooner please see the FASTER SHIPPING category on the left hand side of the screen and you can send your in stock items either priority or express for an extra shipping charge

* When you place an order it says that your order is queued then once it is shipped our system is updated to say that it is complete and you will receive an email with the date that it was sent
